The Long Island Educational Opportunity Center (LIEOC) is offering a Beginner English class at the library with certified teachers. The LIEOC is a FREE Adult Education program sponsored by SUNY Farmingdale.

Getting ready to take your road test? Take this five-hour course required by the Department of Motor Vehicles. Bring your learner's permit that includes the photo ID to class. Interim paper permits not accepted.

Dementia is a complex and mysterious disease that affects millions of people worldwide. But with new research and advances in medicine, we are finally unraveling the mystery of this devastating condition.

This afternoon at 1:30 p.m., the library will be showing the movie "Ferrari".  In the summer of 1957, with his auto empire in crisis, Enzo Ferrari's pushes himself and his drivers to the edge in a treacherous 1,000-mile race across Italy

Adults who are preparing to take the United States Citizenship Test are invited to join our weekly class. Each class will focus on the 100 citizenship test civics questions and the USCIS writing and reading vocabulary for the Naturalization Test.
