YMCA Family Services: Heroin Use on Long Island What You Need to Know (In Person)
This workshop will educate the community about the dangers of Heroin including what it is, the short- and long-term effects of heroin use, signs of addiction and treatment options.
Grades 1 to 5, register by phone or in person at the Children's Reference Desk. These positive and supportive sessions are especially helpful to children who are struggling to read.
