The Long Island Educational Opportunity Center (LIEOC) is offering a Beginner English class at the library with certified teachers. The LIEOC is a FREE Adult Education program sponsored by SUNY Farmingdale.

Registration begins at 9:30am March 27, online or by phone only. Payment by cash, check, or credit card within 3 days, or your reservation will be cancelled. Fees are non-refundable. Adult Sachem cardholders only. 

No Registration Required. Drop in or email sw.intern@sachemlibrary.org. for appointments with our Social Work Intern. He is available to help with referrals, case management, applications and more.

Pianist Dan Fogel is joined with Meghan Gray and Joshua Gray on vocals to perform tunes from your favorite shows. Registration is not required. 

Adults who are preparing to take the United States Citizenship Test are invited to join our weekly class. Each class will focus on the 100 citizenship test civics questions and the USCIS writing and reading vocabulary for the Naturalization Test.
