Getting ready to take your road test? Take this five-hour course required by the Department of Motor Vehicles. Need learner's permit with photo ID for class. Interim paper permits not accepted.  

Assist the Friends of Sachem Library with their book sale set-up. Volunteers will be lifting items, pushing carts and bending to organize materials. 

In this open sew-in, share your ideas with others and learn hands-on cutting and blocking techniques. 

Play chess with a younger buddy. Volunteers must know the rules of chess and how to play the game.
