Once upon a frightful night, the Brothers Grimm fairytales came to life!
The Sachem Public Library is pleased to welcome you to our 5th Annual Haunted Garden! To ensure a safe and spooky night, we will have the following measures in place:
- Masks will be required at all times
- We will be following social distancing recommendations
- We will be following a one entrance, one exit, one way path through the garden, with time limited walkthroughs
The Haunted Garden includes audio & visual lighting effects, low visibility, fog, and possible damp conditions. You should not enter if you are easily frightened or sensitive to loud noise. By entering our event you take full responsibility for your spooky night.
We will be holding a Winter Clothing Drive and collecting new or gently used coats, boots, snow pants, and new gloves, hats, socks, and scarves.
Registration for Sachem Public Library cardholders will begin on Tuesday, October 13. If space allows, registration for out of district patrons will begin on Monday, October 19. To register, please call the library at (631) 588-5024.
