Join Rob Scott as he makes Ratatouille Flatbread with local Eggplant, Zucchini, Bell Peppers and Onions. Also on the menu is a Chopped Shrimp Waldorf salad with apples and grapes 

Registration begins at 9:30am July 23 online or by phone only. Payment by cash, check, or credit card within 3 days, or your reservation will be cancelled. Fees are non-refundable. Adult Sachem cardholders only.
