During the pandemic, did you find comfort in ice cream, potato chips, and sugary drinks? You are not alone. Many of us have gained what we call the "Quarantine 15.” Health coach Lisa Zimmerman will discuss how to avoid overeating and over-stressing. You will walk away with a game plan for eating healthier, avoiding triggers that bring stress, and tips to engage in self-care.
