Time demands increase as you move from elementary school to middle school and middle school to high school. Assignments become more challenging while extracurricular and social opportunities multiply. In the background, social media and procrastination drain our most precious resource: time. Dr. P from Crimson Coaching will teach techniques to manage your time to complete different types of assignments and achieve realistic long-term goals.
