Be a citizen scientist! Take a walk with an experienced guide to observe seals in the wild.

Siblings welcome. Only one registration per family.

CRESLI seal walks at Cupsogue Beach County Park at the western end of Dune Road in Westhampton Beach will meet 15 minutes before the listed departure time from an area near the fence at the western end of the parking lot. Look for a sign or poster from CRESLI.
  • The walks are approximately 1.2 miles round trip and take about 1.75 hours
  • These walks are suitable for children but the path is not stroller friendly
  • Please be advised that there are no bathroom facilities available at this park during the winter and spring
  • Please dress appropriate for the weather in outerwear with muted colors, if possible
  • It is recommended to bring water, binoculars, cameras, and any thing else you might need
