Program Description

Event Details

Have you ever wondered what goes into the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of sea turtles and marine mammals? Atlantic Marine Conservation Society biologists will address all aspects of the rescue, rehabilitation, and release processes for sea turtles and seals. We will explain our current efforts to rehabilitate the cold-stunned Kemp’s ridley sea turtles that have been in our care since early December 2020. The lecture will conclude with an open-ended discussion to touch base on any questions the lecture may not have addressed.
