Developed by veterinarians this comprehensive course includes everything you will need to know in order to take care of your dog or cat in times of emergency. Topics discussed include personal safety choking first aid for common emergencies restraining and moving injured animals pet CPR and planning for disasters. The course is didactic in nature but includes several interactive break-out sessions. This class is endorsed by the Emergency Care and Safety Institute. Optional - certification card and manual - fee $25. Usual class time is 3.5.
