Registration begins at 6pm Friday, July 28 online or by phone only. Payment by cash, check, or credit card within 3 days, or your reservation will be cancelled. Fees are non-refundable. Adult Sachem cardholders only.

Come on in and learn the art and history behind the now popular Charcuterie boards. We will use decorative techniques to create several different themed boards. Recipes and tasting provided. Program hosted by Chefs Andrea and Jason Moss.
