What are you grateful for today? How can you show kindness to others?
We’ll slow down and check in with ourselves with a mini-meditation to learn how to show love and compassion to ourselves and others. We’ll create a kindness and gratitude list together, handwriting small tags with these phrases to share with and around our community. Participants will get to take completed tags home as well as an essential oil roll-on Gratitude blend using all-natural ingredients to attract more 'good' in our lives.
