Job Seeker Preparation for Job Fair (In Person)

Job seekers who are planning on attending our Job Fair on Wednesday, June 5 are invited to join representatives from the Suffolk County Department of Labor to prep their resumes, interview skills, and gain general job-seeking advice. 

The workshop will cover:

• Tips for effective résumé writing.
• Tips for giving a great job interview.
• Professional attire during an interview.
• The elevator pitch.
• Mock interviews.
• Professional conduct in the workplace.
