Registration begins at 9:30am August 27th online or by phone only. Payment by cash, check, or credit card within 3 days, or your reservation will be cancelled. Fees are non-refundable. Adult Sachem cardholders only. 

Join Judy as we make a traditional Swedish apple cake in time for the fall season. 

Patrons must bring a large mixing bowl, rubber spatula, small cutting board, a knife, and a cake pan to class.
