Having a current health care proxy and living will is essential to even the most basic estate plans. These documents respectively allow you to appoint someone to make your health care decisions for you when you are no longer able to do so, and express your wishes regarding end-of-life treatment. Estate planning attorney will present on the importance of such documents and assist attendants in completing their own health care proxies and living wills.
