Program Description
Event Details
Book a 20-minute session to have up to 4 gifts wrapped by our teen volunteers (1 appointment per person).
- All gifts must be boxed in advance. The library will not provide boxes. Box sizes can be from 14″ x 10″ x 2″ (children’s clothing) to 36″ x 18″ x 7″ (ideal for oversized or long coats).
- No excessively bulky or large fragile items.
- Acceptable items: toys, books, jewelry, accessories, clothing, novelty gifts.
- Inappropriate items: items deemed adult in nature, items with profanity or hate speech, high-value gifts.
- No items that weigh in excess of 20 lbs.
- Wrapping supplies (gift wrap, gift bags, bows and gift tags) provided by the Sachem Teen Leaders donation drive.
Our gift-wrapping service is provided by teen volunteers as a community service initiative. Please understand skill levels may vary. Your patience and appreciation for their efforts are greatly valued.
