Event Details

You will taste a meal of Irish cider mussels, roast lamb and colcannon as Brian discusses traditional cooking in Ireland and how it changed when the Irish came to America.

Registration begins at 9:30am Wednesday, February 22 online or by phone only. Payment by cash, check, or credit card within 3 days, or your reservation will be cancelled. Fees are non-refundable. Adult Sachem cardholders only.
