Registration begins at 9:30am May 27 online or by phone only. Payment by cash, check, or credit card within 3 days, or your reservation will be cancelled. Fees are non-refundable. Adult Sachem cardholders only

Join Chef Rob as he walks you through making an All American Crustless Apple Crumb Pie to take home and bake. He will also demonstrate Roasted Shrimp with a Ginger Scallion Dip for you to enjoy. Patrons will need to bring the following: 3 Large Crisp Apples, 2 Medium bowls, 7-inch pan, and a small cutting board
