Registration begins at 9:30am Wednesday, May 27 online or by phone only. Payment by cash, check, or credit card within 3 days, or your reservation will be cancelled. Fees are non-refundable. Adult Sachem cardholders only. 

Join Chef Rob as he walks you through making an all-American crustless apple crumb pie to take home and bake. He will also demonstrate roasted shrimp with a ginger scallion dip for you to taste. Please bring three large crisp apples, two medium bowls, a 7-inch pan, and a small cutting board.
