Registration begins at 9:30am on Thursday, February 26*DUE TO THE SNOW online or by phone only. Payment by cash, check, or credit card within 3 days, or your reservation will be cancelled. Fees are non-refundable. Adult Sachem cardholders only. 

Our Sourdough 101 class teaches you the basics of Sourdough. Carefully craft your own starter and be ready to go home to begin your sourdough journey. Learn the basics such as feeding, shaping, technique and you’ll even get to taste!
