Get ready to devour Thai lettuce wraps with beef and scallion made with Ground Beef, ginger carrots, and green onions. A glazed shrimp with a Chinese plum sauce is also on the menu.

Registration begins at 9:30am Thursday, December 19 online or by phone only. Payment by cash, check, or credit card within 3 days, or your reservation will be cancelled. Fees are non-refundable. Adult Sachem cardholders only.
