Join Pizza by Tano for a basic Pizza lesson with a pizza tasting! Gaetano will also discuss how pizza came to America, how Pizza became Global, how to make pizza dough, the history of your favorite local and non-local pizzerias, and what type of pizza dough you should make for different kinds of ovens, i.e. home oven, wood pizza oven, propane pizza oven. 

Registration Required. Fee: $5. 

Registration begins at 9:30am Wednesday, January 25 online or by phone only. Payment by cash, check, or credit card within 3 days, or your reservation will be cancelled. Fees are non-refundable. Adult Sachem cardholders only.
