Registration begins at 9:30am Wednesday, December 27 online or by phone only. Payment by cash, check, or credit card within 3 days, or your reservation will be cancelled. Fees are non-refundable. Adult Sachem cardholders only.

 

Join Chef Naela for a cooking demonstration of delicious Mediterranean food. This includes a basic dough, organic beef, and veggie pies with sauteed onions and spices, baba ganoush roasted eggplant dip with garlic and tahini paste, followed by a middle eastern salad and homemade dressing. Lastly, Knights of Lebanon desserts with orange blossom water and simple syrup.
