Event Details
Join us for a Mediterranean cooking demonstration and tasting. Naela will demo how to make basic dough for vegan spinach triangles with sauteed onions, sumac and molasses. She'll also make Za'atar Oregano flatbread Manakeesh with olive oil and sesame, hummus dip, and a sweet ending with Baklava made with filo dough, walnuts and simple syrup.
Registration begins at 9:30am Wednesday, March 22 online or by phone only. Payment by cash, check, or credit card within 3 days, or your reservation will be cancelled. Fees are non-refundable. Adult Sachem cardholders only.
