Registration begins at 9:30am Wednesday, November 27 online or by phone only. Payment by cash, check, or credit card within 3 days, or your reservation will be cancelled. Fees are non-refundable. Adult Sachem cardholders only.

Fee: $10

Using a variety of savory ingredients, patrons will make veggie and black bean empanadas to take home and bake or fry.  Learn how to make the dough and filling, and take home 4-6 empanadas based on size. Patrons are asked to bring a Rolling pin with them for the program
