Registration begins at 9:30am Wednesday, February 28 online or by phone only. Payment by cash, check, or credit card within 3 days, or your reservation will be cancelled. Fees are non-refundable. Adult Sachem cardholders only.

Chef Rob Scott will teach you to make a delicious Irish Molasses Raisin Bread just in time for St.Patricks Day! Patrons will need to bring 9x5 Loaf Pan, 2 Large Mixing Bowls, a Rubber Spatula and a Whisk.
