Catholic Health Services Outreach Bus (In Person)

The Catholic Health (formerly Catholic Health Services – LI)  Community Outreach Bus will be here in the library parking lot. The outreach program provides blood pressure, cholesterol, body mass index, and  glucose screenings as well as referrals as needed. No appointments are necessary-first come, first served. Insurance is not required and there are no fees.
