Hang out, eat snacks, and make friends over an amazing read. This month’s book chat is Daughter of the Deep by Rick Riordan, a fantasy themed story inspired by Jules Verne's "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" where Ana, a freshman at Harding-Pencroft Academy makes astounding discoveries about her heritage and puts her leadership skills to the test against enemies from a rival school. Recommended for Grades 6-9 due to some language and romantic references. Registrants can check out a copy of the book from the Circulation desk beginning February 17.
