Event Details

Grades 1 to 5. These positive and supportive sessions are especially helpful for children who are struggling to read. 

Register for a 20-minute time slot and upon arrival at the Library, randomly pick the dog child will read to. 

Children may book two 20-minute appointments each month. Bring books or choose from our display. 

Child must have their own Sachem Library Card to register.

Children may register for two "Book Time with a Dog" appointments in addition to the two regular children's programs they may choose each month.
