Event Details

Children will meet some of Sweetbriar’s resident animals including a many legged animals to at least one representative from each of the amphibian, reptile, bird and mammal groups. The presentation will show how each animal is unique and different. We will share a scaly snake, an ancient turtle, a curious bird, and a furry mammal and some surprise visitors.

  • Until restrictions are lifted, patrons may register for one in-person program and one virtual/kit program per child.
  • Restrictions will be lifted on Tuesday, July 25. 
  • Patrons are encouraged to use their child’s Sachem Public Library card to register their child for programs.
