Registration begins at 9:30am September 24 online or by phone only. Payment by cash, check, or credit card within 3 days, or your reservation will be cancelled. Fees are non-refundable. Adult Sachem cardholders only. 

Join Chef Brian Adwar as he demonstrates how to make fresh potato gnocchi, which will be served with a pomodoro sauce, fresh pesto and Italian bread for dipping
